Tony Cauich

Tony was raised by immigrant parents and a hardworking single mother, learning early the value of sacrifice, resilience, and faith while working in restaurants at a young age to help pay the bills. At 18 years old, he was introduced to the financial industry and saw the opportunity to build something bigger than himself while helping families create a better future. Six months later, he left both restaurant jobs behind to pursue the business full time, and just two years later opened his first agency, becoming one of the youngest people in Texas history to do so. Today, he leads and mentors agents across the nation alongside his wife Abby, helping individuals grow personally, professionally, and financially while building a culture centered around faith, leadership, service, and impact.

Born and raised in a pastoral family, Abby always had a heart for leading and serving others. She first pursued a teaching degree, but quickly realized she wanted a path where she could make an impact while also building something bigger for her future. She later studied digital media and multimedia design, worked alongside realtors, and eventually earned her Florida real estate license after being inspired by the way business could change families’ lives. A year later, she met her husband and made the decision to move across the country to help build Breakthrough Financial alongside him. Today, she helps lead and develop agents across the nation while continuing her mission of serving others through business, faith, and leadership.
